Trainee Lead Generation Specialist (Internship)

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Trainee – a motivated individual who is eager to start a career in B2B tech sales. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll receive mentorship and practical experience in modern outbound lead generation strategies, sales tools, and communication techniques.

What You’ll Learn and Do:

  • Communication Strategy: Assist in creating personalized outreach messages aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and services
  • Lead Generation: Learn how to identify potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and Clutch
  • Tools & Automation: Get hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Waalaxy, PhantomBuster, and Clay
  • CRM Support: Help keep our lead databases organized in systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • LinkedIn Profile Support: Learn how to manage and grow professional profiles to increase outreach efficiency
  • Campaign Execution: Support outreach campaign setup, testing, and performance tracking
  • Market Focus: Work with German-speaking leads and gain hands-on experience on the DACH market
