Sales Manager (Germany or United States)

We are extending our sales team and looking for a Sales Manager to work with both inbound and outbound leads from Europe & USA. Sloboda studio provides a full development cycle, including improvement of development. Our technological expertise includes languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js etc.


  • Experienced 3+ years of commercial experience in sales, for the US or European markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and willingness to put in extra hours to get the work done
  • English - C2 or German - C2
  • Experience with Hubspot, Jira
  • Deep understanding of IT business and customers needs
  • High qualification of work in outsourcing / out-staff companies


  • Identify business needs and opportunities to help grow sales
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients and coordinated pre-sales process
  • Search and grow prospective inbound and outbound clients, generate opportunities with them
  • Close deals and sign contracts with prospective clients
  • Maintaining data about all activities leads and prospecting clients in CRM up to date
  • Attending conferences, events, and meet-ups
  • Report to the Head of Sales, CEO
