Delivery Manager / Head of PMO

Job Description:
The role of a Delivery Manager is to ensure seamless coordination between management and the project team while overseeing day-to-day project activities. Responsibilities include taking ownership of scope definition, process management, and ensuring the punctual delivery of high-quality products. It is imperative to maintain daily collaboration with the project team, formulate tasks, track progress, and uphold implementation quality. We expect active engagement and proficiency in both the product and technical aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the contract and pre-sale processes to secure favorable deals for the company
  • Facilitate team growth and onboarding, including recruitment, team formation, and the establishment
    of effective processes for long-term stability
  • Oversee the organizational structure for optimal efficiency, ensuring the implementation
    of industry-leading software development and delivery practices to consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Develop close working relationships with client management to thoroughly understand project
    business requirements and establish effective project management processes
  • Identify additional business opportunities and drive future growth through the delivery of high-quality results
  • Take financial and contractual responsibility for ensuring engagement profitability
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of projects
  • Continuously assess and enhance client satisfaction
  • Develop and establish best practices for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Manage a team of project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a Delivery/Program Manager role
  • Technical background (software development, QA, etc.) is preferable
  • Experience in sales and pre-sales
  • Knowledge of software design, development, test, and delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with development methodologies related to delivering and implementing IT solutions
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment, interpersonal communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities easily
  • Strong people management and client relationship skills
  • Service/client-oriented attitude with a focus on outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities across various business groups
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
