Account manager

We are looking for an Account manager to join our fast grown delivery team. You will have the ability to work with complex solutions in a great work environment and the possibility to work directly with our clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management
  • Practical experience in IT field is required
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, SaaS-based products
  • Client-focused solutions experience
  • Strong theoretical and technical background in project and release management, development of policies and procedures
  • Communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations
  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management
  • English — Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining trust partnerships with clients, excellent communication to achieve win-win relationship
  • Providing account culture in company ( recommendations for internal team, control over the team’s performance)
  • Analyze, evaluate and understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic proposals
  • Upselling new services
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service
